Product Marketing Manager

Gray Decision Intelligence is on the hunt for a dedicated Product Marketing Manager to steer the success of our Program Evaluation System (PES) software, a groundbreaking tool designed for higher education institutions. By devising and implementing innovative marketing strategies, you will play an integral role in amplifying our brand’s presence and accelerating customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement robust product marketing strategies to propel the adoption and success of our PES software, setting us apart in the market
  • Execute comprehensive market research to pinpoint customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, informing our strategic decisions
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success to create effective go-to-market plans and product positioning
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral such as product messaging, sales presentations, case studies, and blog articles to captivate our audience
  • Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition, keeping our growth trajectory on the rise
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Work closely with the product team to develop sales enablement materials that support the sales process and help close deals
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in product marketing and higher education, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record in product marketing, preferably within the software industry
  • Understanding of the higher education market preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning data into action
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
